"Based on (admittedly a few) great reviews we tried this restaurant out. There is not much that I can be positive about but I will attempt to be balanced and fair. Firstly it does not NEARLY deserve the rating it has. This restaurant is certainly...mediocre at best, even for the little town of Holzkirchen. We have eaten pizzas in many restaurants in many cities and in many countries so have a fair idea of what should be served. The pizza dough was not at all like the Italian pizza standard and the specific pizzas we had were poorly assembled with dubious quality of ingredients and badly presented. The dough underneath was dirty burnt and the overall taste was rather bland and we were reluctant to finish. The range of pizzas on the menu is wider than traditional but with this output from the kitchen, a simple and narrow range may help to improve the quality. Besides our meal we saw some very ordinary looking pasta being served. The service level was at best OK to start and as a few patrons filtered in it dropped off dramatically. The restaurant is very modestly furnished and decorated and lacks atmosphere. The pricing is average for the type of food but represents poor value for money in my mind. Not worth the visit even if you are hungry."

Going there every Thursday with my colleagues. The pizza is simply the best in the area by far! The service is amazing the choice is really wide. Looking forward they will come back at the end of the summer to enjoy again my Thursday Pizza. Voir le carte

I have been there a few times now. Mainly on Fridays. There are often families and it usually busy, but not too busy. The food is what you can expect of an Italian restaurant. It is good, but do not expect exceptional menus. The hospitality is excellent and you can clearly see they try to give you a good service. I like it there!
