"This place is really busy for both lunch and dinner yet I really struggled to find anything on the menu I wanted to eat.The first time I visited was for a quick bite for lunch but in the absence of a menu in English, it was difficult to translate many of the selections. In desperation I went for a simple spaghetti bolognese, which was fine but nothing startling. My husband chose a seafood pasta which was full of mussels and clams but nice seafood such as prawns, fish or calamari were few and far between.Due to circumstances beyond my control, we went again for an evening meal. This time both my husband and I went for a veal dish in a cream sauce with mushrooms. The veal was tough but the sauce was nice. This dish usually comes with pasta but as that was the last thing we wanted, a side serve of potato was thankfully substituted. While I was a difficult customer on both occasions, largely because I had just spent a month in Italy eating pasta, pizza and risotto and was totally over the cuisine, the staff tried their best to help me, translate the menu and cook something I might like."

Very Italian! Friendly service and very popular. They let us put a baby carriage in a side room during our stay.

I really enjoy the cuisines in this's restaurant. Pizza was perfect, awesome pasta, nice tagliatelle with beef slice. At all delicious food, recommend for all.

we had pizzas and they were definitely good in this place (like in Italy). Could be a little cheaper but it is worth the money. Staff is very friendly. We absolutely recommend it. Voir le carte

Food was way too spicy for my taste pasta and also the carpaccio tasted garlic. The behaviour of one from the staff was disappointing, loud person and behaving like a clown. Avoid the place, not a nice atmosphere

One of the best restaurants in Salzburg. I've been here many times and everything I've try is amazing. The risotto Nero is a must. The pizza and pasta are really good, but the star plate is the tomato soup. I come here every time I'm around.

following the nice reviews we tried this italian place.firs of, it hasn't been renewed (and cleaned) since the 70s, moreover it is allowed to smoke inside. we ordered two glasses of wine, and what arrived was a glass of vinegar. the waiter insisted in changing it, into something that had ice floating and tasted like a cheap knock off sangria. we had fish starters that had been taken directly out of the freezer.pizza was ok, but overpriced. staff was mainly rude and annoying.there are definitely better spots in town.

We ate dinner here on a rainy, busy Saturday night in Salzburg, the staff are Italian and since my Italian is better than my German it was nice to be able to communicate fluently with the friendly staff. We had high hopes for the food... having lived in Italy for 3 years but were sadly a little deflated as it did not live up to expectations given the staff were Italian. I had the antipasto, which appeared to be supermarket bought, mass produced items and a real disappointment, simply mediocre. The cream of potato soup was fine and the mains were again mediocre, my wife had a penne dish and I had scallopine funghi, which was just okay.
