The receptionist redirected me to the bar telephone number, which the receiver shut the phone on me. After recalling the receptionist, they requested that I were to walk down to the bar to open the wine. While I was still talking, the receptionist also shut the phone on me. Very dissatisfied on the services of the hotel"

Service is incredibly friendly and helpful, food is tasty, location very convenient. Gluten free person won’t be hungry they are having even gluten free desserts.

Food is excellent but be warned that the portions are NOT small, so order accordingly. The outstanding dishes were the risotto and the veal, but everything was very, very good!

Food was amazing and the servers were so friendly and helpful with our decision for what to order! Highly praising the risotto for the creaminess and flavor. Wine was excellent as well.

the restaurant is located in the lobby of the hotel, but with a good view. the menu is small and nothing stands out. eating itself is simple 5/10. the prices are high for such a device. I will not recommend it.

Great hotel with great location, we had a room with lake view which is the best experience I ever had especially when it was raining with thunderstorms, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast is good, the staff in welcoming and nice especially the ladies in the front desk, No kettle in the room , Como is a beautiful city and i will come back to same hotel and same room,
