Unfortunately, this was not good we ordered to deliver an extract that ripens had no taste nor that which I think this is one of those meal times that would probably be better enjoyed in

blue cheeseburger (no blue cheese) and cold. Cream mushrooms with garlic broth cold and broth soggy. chips not ordered, but cold. cheesy chips cold and cheese sealed. disgusting for £23 could not eat any of it. so it is so rejoicing to eat this, but... it is indefinable

I have previously had a good meal at this restaurant, but not today! The chips were cold and soggy, and the chicken wings were cold and lacked flavor, despite being cooked well and coated in a tasty sauce. The portions were large but tasteless and extremely disappointing. I will not be returning to dine here again. Voir le carte

I have ordered takeaway from here many times and to be honest it’s a bit hit and miss. I ordered last night and wait was advised at 60 to 90 minutes which is fair enough on a Friday night. The food arrived 130 minutes later...after a phone call to the restaurant after two hours. The food arrived and it was cold but way to too late to do anything about it.

Took an hour and a half for delivery. When arrived was missing one milkshake. Phoning to explain, and was made to feel like it was my error, despite there only being 3 straws too for a 4 milkshake order. Food was ok, but not to...the value of order ok. Might be alright indoors as service food, but not fit for takeaway, and poor service standards from management when things go wrong. Won't bother using again.

very disappointed. delicious tasting, cold eating and delivery time 1 hour 40 min, eat completely cold. cheeseburger curls warm/nearly cold, very chewing, no taste, terrible. fries cold, tasted like reheated days old fries cold gone, had never fries that badly ever. hot rings cold, total. over cooked and simply inside, no wobble or even a taste of wobble. one of the worst meals I had ever delivered. unnecessary to say, will never order from there again. Ordered via just eat. Got the food, order was wrong, Missing three things, garlic bread half burnt and cold, nachos like cold rubber. Called only to be told I had to get refund from just eat and it was our fault as the number I...was ringing them from was wrong! Then wasted an hour being told by just eat they can’t give me my money back but I can have credit. Don’t want credit. Want my money back. Not happy with either company. Won’t survive if they continue with awful service like this. Will use my credit on Stone Willies pizza as they’re a proper restaurant.

The service here is amazing! I live abroad and wanted to buy my grandparents a dinner. When I couldn’t pay by card as I wasn’t in the same country, a young waiter very very kindly paid for it allowed me to send him a...bank transfer afterwards. That really is incredible service and that waiter is a huge credit to the restaurant (his name is Ali). He was very calm and easy to talk to. He was aware of the problem and immediately found a way to solve it. Despite the issues with my credit card, the food arrived on time and my grandparents had such a special evening. Was so looking forward to meeting up with my family and having a meal for the first time in a while. Walked into the restaurant and was straight away told that they are NOT serving alcohol and I should have been told on the phone...when I booked (which i wasnt, otherwise I wouldnt have booked here). Hey ho! Do my liver a break!! The meal was ok, but was not expecting the price of the bill to be '173 for 6 of us (2 of those were children) and also that was with NO alcohol on the bill, I really thought it was a joke but NOPE....
