"The reviews saying the service is bad are not correct. The service was fine. English menu offered which was helpful. The food however was sub par. Not horrible like people are saying but below average. I had a margherita pizza and the crust was very basic. Hard to compete with Gustapizza just around the corner. Good food, prices are quite good. Though the service could be so much better…. There was a mistake in the bill, no excuses, not a thank you when we handed the note. Definitely to be improved

eating was not the best, but okay. the prices were good. the only problem was with things that were not much friendly and did not care about the comfort of the customers. would not recommend if they were starvin.

So disappointed that the lasagne was frozen and not fresh. You don’t come to Italy to eat frozen pasta. The steak was average also. Service was super slow and we had to ask for the air conditioning to be put on as it was so hot. Voir le carte

We went to the piazza Santo Spiritu and we sat without looking to the comments. Once we were sit we saw the comments and we were afraid of the food. At the end, it was not bad, definitely not the best in Florence but still you eat ok

Came in for food and drinks. There’s an amazing waiter working, he said he was new and he was soo lovely. He definitely needs to be recognized. On the other hand the blonde waitress with glasses is not so good. Walked up to her and she straight up ignored me. As I was speaking. I’d only go back for the new waiter.
