For us the best restaurant in Rute and if you look at my reviews you will see that we are good eaters, and I can speak with knowledge of the facts. The quantities are more than perfect, on the menu you can find everything from typical dishes to more elaborate dishes, all first class products and of course, you have to pay for that. The attention of the waiters is perfect, the times between dishes are very well measured, for me, quality is that they dose the times between dishes, not all at once, eat quickly and go. To “fill your belly”, any place is fine, to “enjoy eating”, you have to try Juan Caballero 's cuisine. Juan Caballero, this Lord Cook , who has returned to his town after 40 years, with an impeccable professional career, so that his people could enjoy his good work in the kitchen and as so often happens, a prophet in his land, Because of some reviews that I read before going to your restaurant, (as I always do, before trying a new place, Tripadvisor, Google) from people I don 't know, if they made the wrong restaurant when writing the review or they haven 't been, or Envy is very bad, I certainly didn 't pay attention, because the truth is, some comments squeaked at me a lot and as a consequence my husband and I have spent wonderful nights enjoying some fantastic dinners, of which I leave you with a few images. O sobran mesas o falta cocina la tardanza en servir la comida es enorme y el servicio de pan es carisimo, ojo hay que revisar la cuenta,me cobraron una cerveza de más, la comida bastante buena a pesar de la tardanza

Comida excepcional. Merece la pena ir alguna vez. No es muy económico pero he de reconocer que no comes con esa calidad todos los dias. Volveria a repetir sin duda. Consejo reservar por la cantidad de demanda que tienen.
