restaurant kitchen open until 20.30 clock? what are you for a “5-star house”? the hotel is j ok but this is embarrassing. even your personal is embarrassing.

beautiful 4 nights spent in the very nice and well maintained hotel. (dry to rain) very well maintained rooms, pleasant beds and good kitchen.Leider there was in the room only one capsule coffee machine. that is no longer contemporary in our opinion. but the position and total comfort deserves the 5 stars.

absolute recommendation, the grandhotel is located directly from the city center very quiet. the rooms are spacious and well equipped. free fast WLAN access that allows to work smoothly. the kitchen is very good and also recommended. a visit in the bar should not be missed either. as a crown, the generous wellness landscape is added. the price/performance ratio fits, we come back and recommend the grandhotel Voir le carte

we were guests in the hotel for years, but this year the coffee saucers and tellers were dirty at breakfast every day. the staff for the pool service was not friendly, aperol splash too watery, room service eating was totally cold.And we got from the owner of the cervosa hotel nowhere, as our hotel did not fit us in the suburbs. how are so disappointed how to deal with customers who were in the suburbs for years.Only because you can't misunderstand any criticism!

we were here for the 2nd time and very satisfied the architecture from outside does not speak much to us, but that was already with the negative ad rooms are very large and very well maintained, the bed wide with good matratezens. very quiet in the night! the breakfast is perfect - everything there and not “over it”. from the hotel you can start in a few steps in the lienzer old town or you can start from here various hiking trails. after physical activity, the wellness area is recommended, both the pool and above all the spacious sauna area.

Wir wählten das Überraschungsmenü, es inkludierte 2 mal Suppe, zwar eine warme und eine kalte, dennoch erschien es mir eher unpassend, zumal sie zuviel Säure hatte. Der Zwischengang Bällchen aus Kalbfleisch war so groß dass der Hauptgang fast nicht mehr zu essen war. Das Dessert war in Ordnung, aber mehr auch nicht. Der Service ließ leider ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, es wurden Essen verwechselt, bzw. vergessen. Am Abend vorher saßen wir auf der wirklich schönen Terrasse an der Isel, als ein Gewitter kam flüchteten wir in die Hotelhalle. Es ist verständlich dass sich das Personal darum kümmern muß Polster und Kissen ins Trockene zu bringen, dass man als Gast allerdings 35 Minuten an der Bar... Voir le carte
