Restaurant neuhaus zum see

We waited at the table for 15 minutes, the waitress saw us and probably didn't want to come to us. We left, as did the table next to us. Weak.

I had dinner here with 13 people. Everything went very well. Sandro handled the reservation and pre-ordering of the menu very well. I can highly recommend it. Thank you Sandro.

A very nice place right on Lake Thun. The scheduled ship also docks there. Service was very friendly even though it was busy. The food was very tasty. We would love to come back

Das Essen, besonders das Fischmenu war nicht gut. Anstelle der Eglis gab es anderen Fisch ohne uns zu informieren. Für ein Restaurant direkt am See haben wir viel mehr erwartet. Das Dessert war ok. Ich würde da nicht mehr essen, höchstens ein Apero einnehmen, wegen der Lokalität.

Man kann sich diesen unglaublich schlechten und unfreundlichen Service nur damit erklären, dass man hier absolut sicher sein will, dass Kunden nur einmal kommen.Der Service war so unglaublich, dass ich schon fast empfehle sich dieses Erlebnis mal anzutun. Langsam, aggressiv, pampig

Lage und Essen Top! Bedienung ist verbesserungsfähig.Unsere Tischreservation hat nicht geklappt. Das kann passiere. Wir wurden dann aber nicht unterstützt um einen neuen Tisch zu finden. Fanden einen, der noch ungedeckt war. Halbpatzig wurde dieser dann gedeckt. Bedienung wirkte sehr gestresst und wahr nicht wirklich aufmerksam. SchadeDie Lage und das feine Essen stimmt einem versöhnlich!

Rösti unessbar: Kartoffelgeschlabber. Klabsgeschnetzeltes: Fertigsosse mit schlecht angebratenem Kalbfleisch.Eine grösserer Enttäuschung schon langen nicht mehr erlebt. Das Restaurant war an besagtem Abend nicht gross besetzt und trotzdem kam aus der Küche ein Hauptgericht das so unakzeptabel ist.Servis sehr sehr nett und verständnisvoll (würde dieses Gericht wohl auch nicht verzehren wollen :-))

Ms Natascha and Mr Domnique add extra zing to a otherwise ordinary hotel Heaters were not working bed was uncomfortable however they went out of their way to rectify the situation and save the day However beautiful a place is if the people don't treat you right that's a wet blanket situation Even a ordinary place becomes extra ordinary due to love,care and Empathy of Great Humans I wish both of them a beautiful and joyous life and great career success ahead

We came to the restaurant spontaneously without having known it before. We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner and served quickly (despite the high occupancy! . The waitress was very friendly, had a lot of fun and also gave us some insider tips for our next vacation in Greece. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and given a bowl of water straight away. The food was fantastic, no long waits. The price-performance ratio as well as the location are top! Again any time!
