"On first arriving the hotel seemed lovely. On further inspection of our room, again on the surface it seemed clean, then I noticed water splashes on the bathroom sliding door, they were there on day one and still there when we left. The grouting in the shower area was all coming loose and it looked less than clean. The only staff we seen were reception staff, and one girl who was serving breakfast. What a worker she was. The place was very quiet but she never stopped cleaning and tidying in between seeing to the few guests there were. The quality of breakfast was not brilliant. Yes there was the usual over cooked scrambled egg and some wee hot dog sausages and bacon but the cold meats and cheeses didn't look very appetising, even first thing in the morning they looked like they had been out since the day before. Over all breakfast was a big disappointment. The walls in the hotel seem to have been made from tissue paper as I had to endure listening to a one sided telephone conversation through the wall. When the music started in the next room to us we were more than reasonable and waited until gone 2am and after knocking their door, and it not being answered we called room service. They sorted the problem out very quickly and without any hassle. On the whole our trip has not made us want to return to Salou. The area seems very run down and very little was open."

Nenufares suit is the best they can offer Large bed , modern room and with the big jacuzzi outside on the terace everything is perfect. Friendly staff will give al the support you need. We will return here at Nenufares Best regards from Romania

Nada más llegar...la habitación estaba mal ubicada la cama no tenía armonía con la televisión....cosa que tuvimos que mover.... Ya que frente la tele había 2 sofás cabeceros duros como piedras. Movíamos la cama hasta la tele xq es lo normal acostarse en la noche y poder verla.... Voir le carte

Hotel excepcional con unas habitaciones excelentes (sin duda) de las mejores de Salou, instalaciones completas con una sensibilidad en los detalles estupenda y una limpieza excepcional, situacion buena, segunda linea de playa. El restaurante es exquisito. Sin duda hotel referente en salou.

Well if that was a 4 star hotel, wouldn't like to stay in a 3 star.... No one practically speaks english, so we didn't bother asking for anything really. Rooms are nice, a bit too small. Barstaff knew very little about drinks (like mojito?! , didn't have food there so can't comment. Lifts are the best! One person wit a bag, nothing else fits in it...
