"After two previously awful experiences, including the last one whereby Hungry Horse “helpfully” responded to ask for more details and gave no way whatsoever to actually contact them, I swore I’d never come again. Despite being give a menu (ha… we’ll come back to that) of other soft play options, she begged and pleaded to come here, so I relented. So what went wrong this time? Yet again, rudeness and inconsistency. After playing for a little while, my daughter asked for chips. I went to order some and was told rudely, “We don’t do food”. When I asked why there was a family opposite my table eating three full breakfasts, I was told that this was because they had ordered before 11am off the breakfast menu. This, despite us having eaten here several times before, and a full menu being listed on the website page for THIS Wacky Warehouse. And so, again, I was left explaining to an autistic child why something that would normally happen here hasn’t happened. And we can’t have chips, even though there’s a pub/restaurant next door, but at 11:30am there are adults At several tables drinking beer? This whole thing is an absolute joke."

This pub used to be so friendly and welcoming, now the Service is absolutely terrible and the staff are the most miserable you could find. Won’t be visiting again for a long time

great food at decent prices. loved the korean burger, especially with bogof that was on today. the staff was very friendly and helpful, looking after everybody's needs. The place could do with a refresh inside and outside still

Fantastic time at a private session at the Wacky, kids had a great time. Loved the new Tandoori Chicken Sizzler on the menu, definitely will be ordering again. Service was fab and as always every time we come Vicky was a super star

To the lovely friendly people who run the pub (Neil and staff) well done! They always make us feel very welcome. For the lovely ladies behind the bar nothing is too much trouble. The food was lovely, definitely going back. Only downside, the brewery need to upgrade the building and interior and then it would be perfect!

Dine most Friday evenings with my partner this Friday was no different. Staff always lovely. Lidia young manager is always lovely. Didn’t like hearing a younger member of team telling tables that she had just been shouted at when I was stood at the bar 5 minutes prior when the same member of staff was shouting over me multiple times when trying to order. Lovely team and our Friday night treat Korean burgers all round.

We found a table quite easily clean so not a problem), we were not told that there was a 30 minute wait for food so wasn 't the best. Food was served by a girl with black hair and glasses, I tried to help her with plates as she looked like she was struggling and all I got one stop I 've got it , so rude and she clearly doesn 't know how carry plates properly. Thinks she 's needs to be shown how it 's done. Not even 5 minutes later your food alright , I 'm sorry but I hadn 't even touched my food yet.
