"It 's a shame that this restaurant has changed so much for the worse. We called and made a reservation for 2 people (didn 't mention the 3m old baby in Maxicosi, we never had to elsewhere and was therefore new to us). As a greeting, the boss pointed condescendingly at our child, smiled at us snapped at us in a tone that said And that, are those two people? We tried to find a solution with him, it wouldn 't be a big deal (baby on us, Maxicosi on the floor, window sill)...instead of listening, a table was moved around in annoyance and we were escorted to the seat. Other staff also had to add their two cents in front of other guests. Tell me, is it still okay? A normal conversation tone note would have been enough. This is unprofessional not family friendly. If everything hadn 't happened so quickly, we would have left the restaurant! Food ok after a long wait (for salad cordon bleu). Unfortunately, the atmosphere was still poor: We were served quickly, no questions from the service staff regarding further drinks or satisfaction, clearing away while someone was still eating. We have always been very satisfied and recommended the restaurant to others. Definitely not after this visit. That was our last one with you!"

The Metzgerhalle is a cosy restaurant taken over by a very nice international couple. They serve lovely international and local food at a good price. Friendly service. We Love to come here with our family.

I've been to this place many times for dinner, and they never disappoint! Fantastic food, fast friendly service, and all in a quiet family friends environment. Quantity and quality are worth the fair price! The butcher is next door and supplies the meat for the restaurant.

I went to the Rebstock Restaurant for dinner with friends. For the weekend it is necessary to make reservations because the place is usually packed. The service is very friendly, efficient and gives great recommendations on food and wine. The menu offers a large variety of local cuisine with a seasonal focus point. Our first course was a steak tartare that you can order in different amounts and different spiciness. The meat was one of the best I ever had. For the main course we ordered steak medium rare. And it was cooked to perfection. We ended the meal with a lovely arrange fruit salad and a good coffee.
