The texture of the noodles is fine, but of the gout, there is much better. In my humble opinion, I think that where it really fails is the broth, especially when you ask for a simple ramen like shoyu or miso, it is remarkable because you cannot hide the drip. I don't know if it's due to the lack of time to cook or the preparation form, I notice that your drop is very shallow. Normally the ramen stock has a minimum preparation and kitchen of 8 hours (at least in japon) and even the shio ramen (sal) tastes very deep. small place, no terrace. the main dish is ramen (there are approximately 12-15 varieties approx,. can add extras) and there are also gyozas type of input. 3 out of 4 could not finish the ramen, we are not experts in this product, but it did not marvel us either. do not have basic drinks like shooter beer, large water bottle or Coca-Cola light

the best ramen of madrid. attention and food are spectacular. We have asked for the introduction of gyozas de sate sate sate (richisimos); takoyakis (a pleasure); and siu mai de langosta. shichu main ramen that is my usual favorite, so much that it is picantito and duck ramen, the noodles and the original broth sitting on the palate. Don't stop asking for backpacks, to end the night. I love shifu ramen!
