"I made a reservation for Sunday brunch, not realizing that the restaurant had changed ownership. Upon entering, there was a noticeable lack of atmosphere in the foyer, with no cloakroom staff or concierge as there had been before. The staff were friendly and eager to please, and the food was good. However, we were informed that the Sunday brunch had been cancelled on occasion due to low bookings, and were advised to call ahead in the future to confirm availability. It was disappointing to see the staff working hard while facing a lack of returning customers. The price was not cheap (£45 for adults, £22.50 for kids) and the restaurant was missing its usual buzz and atmosphere."

When owned by Four Seasons this was one of our favourite places no longer. Sunday Brunch is a shadow of it's former self a fraction of the choices and quality. Won't be going back, sadly.

This is the best lunch in London, and an absolute steal at £20 for two courses, given that all the mains are normally more than that alone! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service very quick. Will definitely be back!

We sat alone outside in the shade of a small oak tree. Inside would have been more 5*-anodyne. The food was excellent and the staff could not have been more obliging. On the Opentable special offer it was exceptional value for money.

La nourriture était excellente et le service excellent. La carte des desserts est incontournable. Nous avons commandé un gâteau au chocolat, du pudding au pain avec une sauce à la vanille et des churros fraîchement frits avec une sauce au dulce de leche. Il était très difficile de choisir l'un des trois comme favoris.

Nous avons dîné au restaurant. J'ai pris un steak churrasco et ma femme a pris un plat de spaghetti aux crevettes. Les deux repas étaient savoureux et cuits correctement. Pas d'autres clients dans le restaurant, mais nous étions en avance et l'hôtel n'avait pas l'air très occupé la semaine où nous y étions. Nourriture agréable.
