"This place used to be great, but it’s really gone down hill. Food turned up half an hour late, I called to find out what was going on, they said it was just leaving with the driver it was a 3 minute drive, but it took the driver 20 minutes from that phone call to get to us. Food arrived stone cold. Fries were soggy, I had to re-fry them, and I actually had to cook extra to make up one portion. The size portion that was sent out was less than a McDonald’s happy meal. The burgers. Well the only thing in them were the patties, I literally had to add everything else myself. Which considering one was supposed to be the hot one, was a huge let down. Like I said this place used to be great, but now I will definitely never be ordering from here ever again."

Burgers are good, but chips are always soggy as they put them in a bag. Ordered mozzarella sticks, the website says you get 8, however have ordered a few times and you only get 6. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

Ordered bbq burger, chicken burger , loaded fries and sweet potato fries. Banana waffles and cheesecake! Everything perfect. Large portions and great quality. Ordered a few times. First time was fantastic, since then it’s gone down hill rapidly. One order they sent with nothing in the burger but the patty, it was dry and horrible to the point we had to go down there. Now when thinking we’d give them another try, we ordered online and no food to be seen. They have now shut with no way of being able to contact them until tomorrow. Service: Delivery Voir le carte

I had a terrible experience with this delivery. The salad was soggy, the burger bun was burnt and dry, and the chicken batter tasted stale. The cheese sauce was thick and unpleasant, almost like it was made from a mountain of melted American cheese slices. The fries were extremely dry, and everything felt far from fresh. There is no contact number, so I couldn’t voice my complaints. The prices are shockingly high for such poor quality. Save your money and avoid this place. Meal type: Dinner.

Food soggy and late. We don't live that close but took 1 hour 40 minutes. The food is shut in cardboard boxes so arrived hot but had been steaming the whole way so both chips were completely soggy and chewy and the burger top bun was okay as the top of the box had air holes but again a tight box so the bottom of the burger was soggy mush like holding a wet paper towel. The expensive milkshake was just slightly cold flavoured water. I appreciate we are not close but if somewhere does deliveries a 15/20 minute drive they should ensure they can deliver adequate food to that location. I would prefer them to not deliver to our area in Uckfield and I would have gone somewhere else.
