It's so annoying. Why do they lock the toilets! I'm there with my disaed son a d just can't go in a d use them..stop it! It is a basic facility if you serve food and drink, and not something to throw barriers up about. Voir le carte

Our recent experience was food was very good, unfortunately our flat bread sandwiches were very poorly prepared. The contents fell out as we took them out of the packaging due to the completely broken flat breads falling apart as we tried to hold them.

Had a delicious salad here but should have remembered from last time about the wooden cutlery I'm delighted to see it's not plastic, but a wooden fork with rounded ends is useless to spear a tuna salad! Will bring my own cutlery in future! Food great and typical Pret fayre.

this is a great prett with friendly helpful staff. the load is quite large, but they will have luck that I am normal time to find a place as it is pram city. all their typical Prett food in the offer and cheap on the high steet next to boots. So if I visited st albans, it's always on my lunch list. Voir le carte

Visit today -drink delivery poorly managed with long queue of people and some having to wait longer than other customers to the extent that they would have to ask where their drinks were. Not good if you see lots of people arriving after you, leaving with their drinks before you. My order of two lattes had one cup very hot and half full and the other cup full and tepid. Disappointing to the that the barista would have seen that the two drinks were not the same.

I 've always found the coffee good and the staff friendly but why in the winter months do you keep the air con going. Personally I don 't find it a comfortable temperature to sit, read my paper and enjoy my coffee without keeping my coat and scarf on. When I was there earlier this week a third of the customers kept their coats on. My wife actually said I 'm cold can we go . Sadly we will not be back until the warmer weather arrives. It 's a pity because I really enjoy the coffee

My friends and I came to this establishment to help revise for our upcoming exams. We were all paying customers and took up a table for 8 people with 7 of us sat at it. After 3 hours of us spending money on food and beverages there, with many free tables around us, we were asked to leave the premises, as we had only purchased “two drinks” which was entirely false and based off the fact he could only see 2 drinks on the table, as all our other beverages we had discarded ourselves, in order to cause less disruption and work for the employees.
