The food and service are good, but the furniture is a bit old-fashioned. Prices are okay. I think it's a shame that you can only pay in cash

Fantastic. It's worth a stop Too bad it's 2024 and they don't accept cards. You have to go out and go to the bank 500 meters away, withdraw and then pay in cash. Pretty ridiculous! Don't you believe??

I was a kid when I first discover Pouletburg...and I'm still going. It's a mandatory stop when driving south to Ticino. Do not bother to ask the menu, they almost only serve grilled chicken and their world famous sauce. Enjoy!

I've been eating there for over 30 years. Unfortunately, chickens are becoming smaller and more expensive. But unfortunately the sauce is awesome. So we continue to eat there but much less. It is normal that the prices are adjusted but the size of the chickens

The service is unfriendly, unfortunately only the sauce is very tasty. The chicken is very tiny and used to be better. The restaurant has deteriorated a lot over the years and I won't be going there anymore. The atmosphere is nice, but it's been the same for years.

You can order it mild, medium, or spicy -- I had medium and could barely taste the heat. Don't feel silly when your primal instincts tell you to pick up the chicken with your hands because everyone else is doing it as well!We each ordered chicken in a basket and one side of fries. We were pleasantly stuffed! Best meal I had in Switzerland in the middle of summer!Decor is kind of out dated but the views this restaurant provides can't be beat. It's a bit of a drive out of Lucerne but it's well worth it.I also met the owner of the restaurant. She's a sweet old lad... Voir le carte
