"Being in a central location so close to Alexanderplatz this place doesn’t really need to concentrate on trying to get repeat custom. That’s probably for the best. The service is poor. Upon arrival we were quickly ushered to a back room table that wasn’t yet...cleaned or prepared and had to wait till a waiter came along to clean it. We were eventually asked what we wanted (no drinks order taken first) and asked do you have a children’s menu for the two kids with us? ‘No’. Just order a pizza and cut it in half’ we also asked ‘Do you do garlic bread’ and just got a response of ‘No’ with a look of disdain. The draught beer is Carlsberg and any other beer is bottled. You would have to go out of your way to find a less impressive beer on draft in Berlin. The food was just about palatable. I wouldn’t go back."

It is a really good Italian if you are staying in that part of the city. he staff is very friendly, helpful and will help you in choosing the best dish and the best wine to pair it. We enjoyed our time there.

After one hour of waiting the second plate they informed us that they do not have ravioli any more. The excuse was that we ordered starters and in the meantime they served other customers....propably with the ravioli we ordered. Sorry for that, next time we...will not order at all.

You would think that when restaurant sits at pretty centermost location in large city, you would get perfect service. But not here. Waiter seemed to be in a hurry all the time though the house was only half full. He was unclear in his communication....First we got wrong order, which the waiter realized a minute later and took the plates back. No excuses were made, we felt that it was our fault. We got meals that were ordered and they were great absolutely. When we had eaten a while, breadloafs were brought to table. I guess those should have been there first. No excuses for this either. Waiter did not ask a single time if everything is ok, still I gave about tip. I guess this was not enough...
