Great food and ice cream, but the service lost it a star with mixup with our order and forgetting milk for the tea.

Great selection of ice creams and snacks, staff very pleasant. A nice place to spend time there and watch the world go by.

No queue when we visited on a Friday but it gets very busy on a Saturday. Ice cream and sorbet were very nice and generous but they are quite expensive. The cherry sorbet was the best!

I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant; they serve delicious sandwiches. I tried the four cheese toastie, and it was incredibly tasty—I loved it! I also sampled the gelato afterward, which was really good! The shop is a bit small, but it has a nice atmosphere.

I visited this restaurant for lunch, and it was certainly satisfying. I ordered a four cheese toastie, which turned out to be the most delicious toastie I've ever had. For dessert, I enjoyed a small tub of chocolate and salted caramel gelato, which was also delightful. The prices were quite reasonable, and the service was excellent. Voir le carte

Lovely little cafe on the corner opposite Wednesday market in Beverley. The range of ice creams looked amazing. Lots of homemade cakes too and I'd highly recommend the scones. I tried the plum and ginger one, amazing (no awful bicarbonate of soda after taste). Also the bacon sandwiches were very tasty and they could accommodate a gluten free diet. Coffee was good too. Definitely worth a visit if you can find a table.

I was quite disappointed with the milkshake I was served today. It had no thick milkshake consistency, as it should have, and was more like a juice. I went back in, explained myself and politely asked them to change it for an ice cream (I’d lost confidence in their ability to make a decent shake), to which the young girl tried to justify the sub-par shake by saying, “Well, we do use a lot of milk”. Well there is your problem for a start! Less milk, more ice cream!! Fair play, she swapped the “milkshake” out for a shake, but it wasn’t done with a smile and a lovely manner. A lovely cafe easily missed. The coffee is very good indeed. My grandson, aged four had chocolate brownie and absolutely loved it. I had the Nutella biscuit which was large, crispy and frankly very yummy. My daughter chose tea but left it to brew for a few minutes and it was fine. We all thoroughly enjoyed what we had and it was very good value. It is a popular and pleasing little café which is well worth a visit. I also noted a gentleman in a wheel chair was able to fairly easily access a table and was made welcome. So top marks for this little gem! I had only recently tried the ice cream.
