I had an amazing meal! The food was both beautiful and delicious, and it arrived quickly. Although there was no heating that night, the wonderful Dylan seated us next to the heat source, which made a big difference. The menu is excellent, and I would definitely return. 10/10!

My partner and I typically find this Pizza Express better than the other one in the city centre. The staff are normally fine and the food is what you'd expect. The other benefit of this restaurant over the other one in the city is that it's normally as busy meaning the service is faster.

The food was very flavoursome and prepared well and in suitable time. We had gluten free and have had no effects from a mixed source kitchen. They also offered gluten free beer and desserts. The lady waiting on us was helpful and polite but generally the staff seemed a bit lethargic. I had to ask for clean cutlery which was a disappointment. But the pizzas themselves were very good. I like the food. It was fantastic and delicious. I gave 4 stars because the seat we have been given in first place was so much in corner despite whole restaurant had mainly empty tables. We asked to move and the waitress sorted another table for us. She was helpful. Though nobody came to ask for anything else or how was the food after we have been served. We went around 14.00 on Saturday.

We went just before the Disney on Ice show with our daughter. Our booking mistakenly said for 2 people, but the staff sorted it and got us sat down. Service was very quick and efficient and the waitress was very friendly and polite. The food as usual was enjoyed by all and we tried the festive pulled pork pizza which was delicious. We were very happy. Only little thing is the place seems very dated and could do with a refurb but it didn't impact on the food and service.

We had a fantastic experience celebrating our oldest child's 6th birthday here. The staff was incredibly helpful and managed various food allergies and intolerances with great care, which was a huge relief. The chef who organized the party was particularly friendly and warm, making the occasion even more enjoyable. The children had a wonderful time and loved eating their creations. We are very grateful to everyone at Pizza Express Gänse Tor for helping to make the party a success. Voir le carte
