PizzaExpress - Carte

This restaurant is great for what it offers. I tried one of their pizzas - thin crust with goat's cheese, and more. It takes skill to maintain a crispy crust, and they succeeded in doing so.

Although the restaurant was severely understaffed, we still had a great dining experience. Our food arrived promptly and was prepared perfectly with no errors. It is important for Pizza Express to prioritize their staff's well-being and ensure they are not overwhelmed.

We dined here twice in November, and I must say the service was warm and courteous at both times. The garlic bread with cheese is absolutely fab and hence we ordered it both times. The spinach ricotta cannelloni is delicious. It’s a spacious big restaurant and airy and tables distanced unlike many eateries in the UK! Voir le carte

Blonde front of house has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Threw our menus down on the table and walked off before we’d even sat down. When we were finished she asked if we were done and after us saying yes, she walked off to go talk to other customers! We had to ask another server for our bill 20 minutes later as she was still talking to the other customers. Will not be back

My wife and son used to visit this restaurant every week, sometimes even twice a week after his swimming lessons. This routine went on until 2023. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and they never had any issues with the service or food. It is unfortunate that the restaurant has closed down. I was shocked and deeply disappointed when I found out, as I'm sure many others in Slough will be too.

I visited the restaurant around 7:30 pm it was not that busy at all a table of ruffly 8 people and maybe a couple more at most. The waiter asked if I would like to order, I said I would like a romana pizza left he said I don’t have any Romana biases left as I was not expecting a large table. I have classic pizza, I explained I prefer the the Romana as it tastes better. I then left the restaurant. It sounds like they only a very small amount Romana basis at one time very disappointing. My family of four, including two boys aged 7 and 5, recently visited this restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and seated with Halloween-themed coloring activities, crayons, and hats. The service was prompt and friendly, despite the surprisingly quiet atmosphere for an early Saturday evening between 5 and 6pm. The restaurant had only a few other occupied tables. The staff had put in a great effort for Halloween, providing a bowl of sweets for the kids to enjoy and beautifully carved pumpkins on display. I visited a couple of weeks ago as part of a large group booking and felt compelled to write about our experience. Whilst we were dining a female member of staff whose name I gather is Beth was extremely rude and aggressive towards a manager, inciting some other younger male staff members to behave in an appallingly aggressive way in front of a fairly busy restaurant. This included swearing and there were children present eating. Whatever was going on we have never witnessed unprofessional, childish behaviour like it from the female involved and this really reflected badly on the restaurant. Went for lunch with my wife and a friend as the restaurant was EMPTY we were given a table quickly. While we were sitting my friend found a gum stuck below the table!! The person didn’t write the order on a pad or anything just was trying to memories our whole order after which we thought he would forget to put something through and he did forget 1 of our main course!!! When asked he politely said “let me check” and when he returned with the pizza he politely said “the kitchen forgot to make it”. My wife’s vegan pizza was horrible, didn’t look appetitive and the dough balls was a like floating in grease. Our pizzas were okish.
