"Visited Pizza Hut after a few years away. Was not really impressed with the food onsite. The salad bar was good, fresh and stocked up. Drinks menu was good. Unfortunately after a few years I was expecting the menu to have changed and adapted but it hasn’t. There was not many options of pizza toppings especially when you compare it to a pizza express or dominoes. When the pizza arrived it was very greasy and the stuffed crust base was very thin. Chicken wings were ordered as a side. These arrived cold and seemed to be reheated. Chicken bites were the same. Service was okay, promptly seated and seen too. Was pushed towards using the phone application. This was not the smoothest operation. Did not support Apple Pay meaning I needed to follow card bank verification. Took a long time for the order to go through. Won’t be in a rush to return. The memories of Pizza Hut when I was a child outweigh reality."

Service could have been better. Need to top up the salad bar a bit more frequent and put a couple more waiters on but meals were lovely.

Lots of noisy screaming kids, slow service and pizzas that were just ok. Probably a lot more tolerable if you have kids yourselves but if you’re a couple with no kids I would go elsewhere, it’ll be quieter!

My partner, two children (7 4) and I visited this restaurant at the weekend. We have visited many times before and found the staff reasonably welcoming but this visit every staff member was pleasant and offed superb service.

it wasnt cheap and to be fair the cooked food was nice, the saladbar however was shameful, wilted salad galore kind of let it down, staff i must admit was good a jovial to say the least , ive definetley eaten in far worse place

Dropped in for a quick lunch. Buffet looked good but we ordered a meat feast to share. Salad bar was good and pizza was brought in a reasonable time, tasted good but too much to eat so we are taking the last few slices home. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good clean premises

Quality of Pizza Down. Customer Service Down. Cleanliness Down. Prices Very Much Up. Probably been at least six months since our last visit, and It was even less enjoyable than last time. I really haven't the time to go into every detail of the unpleasant experience, but I'll just say. If you want good Pizza at a reasonable price, with decent service. Don't visit here.

Our last experience in Taunton was not a great one. However, staff here DO know how to look after diners. Nothing to much trouble. Thoroughly helpful with the menu. Could not find anything to fault this and a lovely walk along the Quayside prior to going in for a late lunch. 2 great pizzas with salad and drinks and nothing to complain about, great service, great pizza, great location.

We arrived on Sunday at 2.40PM with the buffet ending at 3 didnt think we would be offered it but we was, the manager seated us, no issues other than the floors was quite dirty but when kids are in, its kinda expected. When the waitress came she offered the buffet so we decided to have it, no real issues they kept it going til about 3.10pm, some of the thin crusts were quite crispy sue to sitting their under the heat but an ok selection still and we left full so overall very good.At the end the manager took the time to explain the new app that gave you points when you visited so we signed up to that and got our points, staff seemed ok.On entering we was also asked if we had any allergens etc...
