Pizza Hut - Carte

I have visited Pizza Hut Delivery on the high street in Harrogate several times now. Each time, the food was tasty and the service was very friendly.

This restaurant serves the best pizza around. They always deliver our order on time, and the pizza is always hot and delicious. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I always receive my food within 15-20 minutes, and it is piping hot and tasty. Plus, it's not splashed on the side of the box like some pizza places I've ordered from before. LOL. Voir le carte

I pre ordered my food online informed it would be 20 mins. Arrived at shop 20 mins later had not even started making my food. Stood waiting for 5 mins before anyone even bothered to let me know. Rubbish

The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Our order was quickly prepared and delicious. We were on a tight schedule and everything ran smoothly thanks to the efficient service. Thank you!

Do not promise a specific delivery time if you cannot meet it. Our orders have been over half an hour late multiple times. The quality of the food is inconsistent - sometimes excellent, other times very poor. The only reason we continue to order from this restaurant is because Domino's no longer delivers to our area.

If you have set aside a couple of hours prior to when you want to actually get your food, then Pizza Hut Harrogate has you covered. When I rang to check the order (30 minutes after the 30 minute delivery window) I was told “it’s just coming out the oven now”. The pizza turned up a full hour after that, so not only was it late, I was lied to. No apologies, just “we have no drivers”

Amazing service from Sal today. I was having difficulties ordering through the app, waited a long time then called up and talked me through it all on the phone. Ended up being charged twice so I hope you see my email requesting a refund. However, can't fault this guy, he went above and beyond, even delivering the missing drinks himself. Thank you so much. Definitely my favourite takeaway, I regularly order from here and will continue to do so! Voir le carte
