Collected 2 large pizzas got home both burnt and dried up. Older gent put them back in longer hence cremated thanx

I regularly use pizza gogo, its is close by so i always go to collect, but in comparison to the big pizza guys. This place tastes 100 times better and never disappoints. Plus the price is great!

The service was fast! The pizzas were piping hot and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again, and will also recommend this place to others. I think we have found our new favorite pizza spot. Voir le carte

Ordered £35 worth of order today, it was late so I phoned to ask where it was. Got told that it had left. Also told that I had left a wrong phone number when I ordered (my mistake). Was promptly told that if I leave a wrong number again they will not deliver my food rather rudely. Will never use again. AVOID!

I ordered a dinner for my children.It took them 2 hours to deliver our food after payment.I called after one hour asking about the order.The person on the phone confirmed it will arrive after 20 minutes.but nope, it arrived one hour after the call.The food arrived cold after my kids had snacks .Very disappointed .The first and last time I’m ordering a go go ! The pizza was terrible, the service was terrible, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. I ordered a pizza and garlic bread combo, but when I opened the pizza box, it looked like it had been dropped on the floor with all the toppings falling off. The pizza was inedible, split in three. When I called to complain, they said they would send another, but after 40 minutes, still no pizza. When I called back, they accused me of lying and said I needed to complain online for a refund. It was a disgusting experience and I have never seen anything like it in my life.

I ordered a pizza and pasta dish. The pasta was awful. I had one bite. I had 2 slices of pizza. The base was not cooked properly and tastless. They put toppings on there that shouldn't have been there. The chicken was rock hard in the pasta. It had been reheated god knows how many times I asked for a refund and for them to collect my food. The man asked why. I said the quality of the food was awful and not worth the money. To cut a long story short he said the pasta comes in frozen, prepacked. I said if it said that on the website I wouldn't have brought it. The pasta has been reheated. The man refused to collect my food and give me a refund. Customer service skills as well were appalling.

I received the wrong order initially, with jalapeños instead of green chilies and missing garlic sauce which I had paid extra for. After refusing to remove the toppings myself, they offered to replace it, but the staff member was rude and insisted I return the original order. The delivery driver arrived 45 minutes later, with a bad attitude, and finally gave me the correct order. However, upon opening it, I found a fruit fly and excessive amounts of green chilies deliberately added. I hope this isn't a franchise, as word of mouth spreads quickly and there are many other great places to eat. Making mistakes with orders should not result in additional punishment and a surplus of chilies. Come... Voir le carte
