the food is very not up to standard. i was promised luxury pizza. the pizza should be GOOD if PIZZA is in the NAME of the RESTAURANT. if the pizza is not up to par, might as well call the restaurant 'Express '. nice try.

I absolutely adore Pizza Express! They offer delicious pizza and pasta at very reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the dough balls are simply fantastic. They truly maintain an authentic Italian flavor in their dishes, which is very important to me.

I had a fantastic experience yesterday! My waitress, the girl with blue hair (I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name), was wonderful. She helped me order my favorite pizza, which was a Christmas special, and it was delicious. I really hope they bring back the truffle mushroom pizza as a regular item! I recently visited a lovely pizza place and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and engaging, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy and laid-back, perfect for a casual meal. The food itself was delicious. However, both pizzas we ordered—the Sloppy Giuseppe and the BBQ Burnt Ends—were heavily seasoned with pepper, leaving our mouths a bit on fire by the end of the meal. Despite that, I genuinely enjoyed the food and would recommend Pizza Express to anyone who loves pizza.

The pizzas are definitely much tastier than what we usually get at Pizza Hut, with a superior crust that’s cooked to perfection—plus, there’s no excess grease! On our second visit, we chose two huge salads that were fantastic and satisfying without making us feel overstuffed. Overall, I really enjoyed both visits. The atmosphere is fresh and modern, and the service was quick and friendly, with staff who engage in conversation when it’s not too busy. We chose to visit on a Wednesday to take advantage of the 2-for-1 pizza offer for Orange customers, which also included 2-for-1 on doughballs, making lunch very affordable. I particularly loved the vibrant color scheme and the summery vibe of the restaurant. The bright plastic glasses were appealing, but I did notice that they didn’t appear very clean. The doughballs were tasty, although the garlic butter was quite heavy and could have benefited from another flavor, as it felt somewhat bland. I had already used my cutlery for the starters, so it would have been nice to receive clean utensils for the pizzas, which weren't pre-cut.
