Pizza Express - Menu

Very poor service and clearly overworked staff too busy even to smile let alone pay attention to guests.

I had the pizza where they cut out the middle and filled with salad. It wud have been nicer if it was a full salad and not just salad leaves. Other than that I enjoyed it

Normally avoid pizza express, but everything they produced here at this location on the day we went was great. UPDATE, although the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the food is very average

The impressive and historic building made the visit more interesting. The pizza was fine,but nothing special. Staff were pleasant and got multiple orders correct. Some items were cold on arrival

Very rude old purple hair lady, kept saying different times the food would be ready for collection obviously didn't want me there, food was bad too, awful pizza. Edit: Next time you reply to a review you should delete the part that says [add personalisation here] to atleast give the illusion you are and did not copy past a pre-written message. Also I have still not heard anything back from you but that was expected given the level of service at the watford branch.

This review should be read with a pinch of salt as Pizza Express Watford service levels vary on how busy they are and who is serving you. On valentines Day, my fiance and I dinned here. We sat upstairs, and the waitress (who is also a school teacher) was amazing from the get-go. She was welcoming, made conversation, and kept checking to see if we needed anything, etc. 5 out of 5 for service. The food from starters to desert was absolutely awesome. We had an interesting experience here on Sunday for Mother’s Day, We used the Mother’s Day deal and the prices were great for a higher end high street restaurant. Now I’m not someone who ever complains or a ‘Karen’ so to speak but this was so apalling and frustrating I have to say something. We should’ve known what myself and my boyfriend were in for when we saw a couple walk out before ordering. We were upstairs with a 3 large table of teens who kept walking around, throwing things. But whatever we weren’t too bothered were very patient people. When we ordered we waited an hour.
