We have received an order confirmation in which our order was processed. After the food had been processed after 2 hours, we called the pizzeria. There we were then at first thundered for 5 min to wait only so that we got informed little later that they did not deliver to us. The employees were therefore apparently unable to make a short call that the delivery is not possible or would never have been possible, which is why we waited for 2 hours in vain. In all this, employees on the phone were not particularly friendly and showed no understanding of our anger. So I cannot recommend this pizzeria in any case, as the service is just catastrophically catastrophic and advise everyone from an order!"
