We have paid 28€ for a family pizza that was barely larger than a large pizza!!! The taste was good, but the price-performance ratio is really a freak! We never order here again!

A customer called me and told me that he doesn't know where my house is, knowing that I entered my address in the order and I explained to him, but he didn't listen to me much He spoke nervously with me and laid up Immediately it is a very bad restaurant

Hello, I would like to mention that if I could give zero stars, I would do this. I am outraged about this groundless price-performance ratio! I order a margerita just to get a small, after wood-flaming, blamage pre-set and will be ramped rudely by the staff. Ich verstehe nicht wieso hier so viele schlechte Rezensionen sind ich wohne in Osnabrück seit 10 Jahren und bestelle mindestens 4 Mal im Jahr Pizza bei Alberto Ich wurd noch nie enttäuscht Pizza war immer warm und durch und lecker Wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne geben Hab vor 3 Tagen wieder bei den bestellt siehe Bilder unten Sehr lecker Wer ne gute Pizza haben will ab nach Alberto

I'd give 0 stars if that'd go. After more than half the pizza, the most gross thing I've ever seen happened! A dead wasp baked in my pizza. I called right away. A very unfriendly man on the phone offered me a new pizza. After the experience, the hunger and trust in these Pizzaria had passed away, and I demanded my money back. He says if someone was in the area, he'd let the money pass. Over two hours later, I had my money back. Unfortunately, there was no excuse. For me definitely an absolute no go and there I will never eat again.

2 Pizzen bestellt eine war falsch beide total trocken und kalt kaum Käse drauf Geschmack war ekelhaft arauf hin angerufen und mit jemand sehr unfreundliches telefoniert der zu mir meinte der schickt doch niemand zurück um sie wieder abzuholen allgemein um mein Problem zu lösen Fakt sehr unfreundlich null Geschmack kalt achja die Pizzen kamen nicht in der Wärme Box sondern einfach ohne Box in der Hand null Sterne nur kann man. Leider keine null geben Ordered 2 pizzas, one was wrong, both totally dry and cold, hardly any cheese on it, taste was disgusting, then called and spoke to someone very unfriendly on the phone who said to me that nobody would send them back to pick them up, generally to...
