In a student city like Aachen it is not always easy to find really good food. This restaurant is an exception- very good food (limited menu so fresh and very creative), cozy elegant place and good service. Definetely worth the price

We loved our dinner at Pippin. We tried the camembert cheese as starter and pappardelle as main course. Amazing. A new way of experiencing German cuisine more sophisticated, interesting combination of tastes, nice service, great cozy location. Definitely recommend and will definitely come back.

Very excellent, great food, super service, fully recommended. The current autumn card is really delicious! As part of our civil wedding we have been completely relaxed, professional and friendly with a large group (17 people). The table was elegantly decorated, matching the bridal bouquet even! Unforgettable dinner at Pippin with my Global L&D team. We were amused by the menu that we received. We couldn't imagine what we will get when we order Disneyland, etc. What we got were indeed great surprises. You cannot imagine how the talented Chef has...created such appetising and wonderful meal. They also serve local beer and nice dessert wine. We will surely bring our own family back for lunch or dinner again.

Nice place and friendly service. About the Food, I have mixed feelings. The servings were certainly large, quality was ok, but not exceptional. Starter: Chicken was nice, but the carrot mango salad did not really fit together, also the dressing did not really work. Main...course: Saltinbocca (veal) was nice and mellow , although it would have been even better without the tomato filling. The mashed potatoes with mushrooms lacked some taste/flavour. The same holds for the suace which certainly lacked taste.

This was delightful restaurant that my friend visited on her student days nearly years ago. The place is small almost like dining in some ones lounge. Good atmosphere and very busy (you might have to book). They offer a small menu which they change...just once a month. There is a good selection of stuff with a course for the vast majority of people’s tastes. Good selection of beers from local breweries. Friendly service all be it a little slow and relaxed at times. Good well cooked and well presented food. Ample portions and satisfying fare. Staff likes to talk to you and even your very best Germany will be replied to in English. Well worth a visit.
