Ping Pong Soho - Menu

This is a great place for food, we have been many times, and this was one of the best, food and service from Zsanett H were excellent. Highly recommend it.

Seriously disappointing. Scan for menu doesn't work, took 20 mins to get a menu or a drink. The food was limited and bland the staff brought out cutlery after we had eaten, the condiments were empty. The manager? demanded he needed the table back, the service was absolutely terrible. Other guests felt the same. Left feeling hungry! AVOID there are far nicer places.

The service here was awful. We were told we HAD to leave (after 45 minutes) and were told the table we had was reserved, despite there being many many empty tables around us, and no one waiting in the bar area. We were made to feel like an inconvenience despite spending a very significant amount of money. Staff were rude and it was clear the customer is not important, it's all about the money. We will not be returning.

We had a nice family lunch here. Food was very good and arrived quickly. We had a variety of dumplings, meat dishes, rice and vegetables. Dessert was nice too, especially the black coconut ice cream. Only slight negative was the fact that there were not enough waiters. The waiting staff were working hard and doing their best, but it was clear that they had too much on. Anyway, we still enjoyed our visit so will come again.

Took my partner here for her birthday and asked for a nice table and two glasses of champagne on our table as a surprise on arrival. Instead, we were shoved in a tiny corner with no drink in sight and people literally next to us. Ordering food was then rushed and you had to write down your own order and shout to be heard. To top it off the food was extremely bland and they tried charging us for a cake we didn’t order! More of a fast food joint than a restaurant avoid!!!

Table for 6 to celebrate two birthdays. The service was spot on and the dishes flowed as expected. The food seemed below par. DJ in the restaurant playing so load you had to shout at the person next to you. The restaurant is showing signs of wear and tear and looks tired in places. I’m sure it is but it doesn’t feel clean. Table was by the till and the door to the rear going to a colder area was being opened and closed all the time as staff came and went letting in cold air. Will return to Ping Pong, but not this one unless given a table upstairs

Never again. Food fairly good but twice now, once with my partner and again when I went with my children they have, despite both times us paying over £80 and being there an hour at most, waited until I'd gone to the toilet before a male staff member harassed my partner to leave and the second time, again when I'd left the table briefly, cleared everything including an obviously unfinished glass of wine then tried to ignore me when I questioned them about it. Terrible service, rude and only care about getting your money and getting you to leave ASAP. Avoid

Booked brunch for my friends birthday, submitted dietary requirements and choice of menu at booking. Arrived and staff uninformed, didn’t know we were having the brunch and re-asked dietary requirements. Had to ask to start the bottomless, along with repeatedly asking for refills, probably the worst bottomless we’ve been to in London not worth the money we all only had about 3 glasses of fizz. Due to starting the bottomless late did not have the entire 90 minutes, infact just over an hour before being hastily told we needed to leave despite there being 4/5 tables behind us empty. None of my party of about 15/20 had ever been to this restaurant before so we didn't understand anything about the order process and it is a bit confusing when you get there but our waitress Zsanett was so so so amazing. She asked if we new how to order and we explained we hadn't been here before, she then explained the whole process to us and separated our table into groups of 4/5 so we could all hear and understand her better. She made the order process so easy to understand and was able to answer any questions we had for her and also gave really helpful advice about the sizes of the portions and how much we each should order.
