I would like to highlight everything that makes pinea a great culinary reference to be a cause of visit. Since you enter the service at table it is fantastic, they present the different menus and wines of which they have and offer you the menu for those who prefer loose dishes (recommended the menu of tasting to enjoy an extensive experience and understand the concept of the restaurant). As you enter the different passes of the menu I must say that the time between them is the right one and at no time you have uncomfortable expectations. at the beginning of each dish explain the concept and the ingredients that make it.
