"Random went out of this restaurant and went for dinner, had the Scottish salmon cake and Haggis with red wine reduction, along with a glass of Pinotgrigio. The dishes were excellent: the salmon cakes with crispy coating and a fruity salsa and Arugula garnish; among the best salmon cakes I ever had. The Haggis was not typical with a spicy taste and no taste of sweet bread and other proteins typical of Haggis. The red wine reduction delivered a satisfying finish to the overall taste of the dish, the best Haggis I ever had (where many portions of Haggis enjoyed over the years, especially Robbie Burns Day! . Instead of dessert, I had a Dram of the 10 years old Talisker Single Malt Whisky that made a wonderful gastronomic experience for a beautiful conclusion. The service was friendly and professional, with the right amount of attention. Covid19 protocols were present, with contact tracking documentation and tables are well spaced. The decor is warm, modern, mute, underlined and yet welcoming. I'm going back. And very recommend this restaurant for a great culinary experience."

Best fish and chips in Scotland. The mayo brought with the dish was so good that I’ve asked for one more portion The service was friendly and pleasant. Definitely coming back here again next time visiting Scotland.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic. We tried the haggis and salmon, both of which were delicious. The desserts were also top-notch. The service was excellent as well. Overall, a great dining experience. We will definitely be returning. Voir le carte

Children menu not the great options .My Children not very fussy but could not eat the dinner as lots of green herbs in a mash which wasn't even mentioned, not diffrent option with a vegetable just red cabbage. Adult meal nice but the waiting time was a ridiculous 50 min .My Children managed to finish where our dinner was served. Would not recommend for families.

Nice jewel. A kind of earthly ambience, with friendly and enthusiastic service. The room is bright and cozy, warm... I think the food was top notch. Salmon perfectly boiled, roasted sides a beautiful texture, nothing too much or not enough. Especially the smoked Schellfisch-Sahne-Stein was just so brilliant and tasty I ordered another without shame. The desserts and a blow! If I were local, this would be a cornerstone for a monthly way. I found the kitchen somewhat less pretentious and “modern Europeans” than any other restaurant in the UK; a bit rustic with an identity of his own and thanks for that. I suppose you can do this with the wrong information for a quick stop bistro, but it's anyt...
