"The cheesesteaks here are BRILLIANT. The closest thing I’ve tasted to the real thing, and with the provolone cheese it really was delicious. The fries were also some of the best fries I’ve ever had. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the waiting time was a bit long (we had a booking for the batting cage and we’re cut really tight for time despite leaving about 45 minutes for ordering and eating, which we thought would be plenty as it’s only a little food booth in Westfield). I would say the prices are a little steep too for a food court eatery. Two cheese steaks, one fries, a root beer and a water came to £32."

Look it was ok but its not cheap and I didn’t feel the hoagies were particularly authentic certainly not for the money. There are better choices at that food court I am sure

Genuinely didn’t know what to expect but the staff are very helpful and advised us what to have The meal deals are well worth it and they are not small portions I would definitely return

The food didn’t look or taste like anything I’d get back home. I threw half the meatball sub away. My son had the cheesesteak and was also disappointed. I’m guessing that they modified it for perceived local taste

Came here and it was closed. All other restaurants were open. The employees had put up a closed sign and were chatting. Management doesn’t care and instead chooses to insult customers. This is the wrong business for you. Voir le carte

The food is a cheap cheerful version of state side favourite’s including Cheese Steaks and Chicken wings, I had the small cheese steak with American singles and a portion of fried buffalo wings… An enjoyable meal not the best i’ve tried, I’d recommend for people who want to try these classics.

We ordered a couple of kids meas, burger and Mac and cheese. After approx 15 mins wait collected to find Mac and cheese cold I returned it and waited for the new one , whilst other food went cold Wish I had asked for refund , Mac and cheese was watery and bland, The fries too salty. Will not be returning and not recommend

Ordered chicken wings, celery and blue cheese. Really tasty. In fact the best since my Canadian graduate student days when I lived just across the border from Buffalo. Mind you in the 1980s the wings were bigger and only cost 10 cents each. But the flavour here was spot on and brought all my great food memories back. The beer was good as well! Voir le carte

I wasted over 20£ on two hotdog and chips in this place and the food and service was terrible. If they had charged me 3/4£ for the hotdog and chips I wouldn’t have complained because it would have still been bad but at least it was cheap we waited for ages and people who ordered after us got their orders first. The whole thing but mostly the food was just so so so disappointing def. won’t be going back and do not recommend it as there are loads of other places nearby that I’ve great food for similar prices, if not a bit cheaper.

I've wanted to come here for a couple of years but never got around to it until today. We looked at the meal deal. We ordered hot dogs, chips and onion rings, only to be told the onion rings aren't in the meal deal. We changed it to the deep fried potato balls. It wasn't particularly busy, but we seemed to wait ages. The hot dog was smaller then expected and come with onions. I asked for chilli, that was extra. The chips weren't particularly nice and were cold. It seems everything is a headline price to get you in and then extras costs.

"My recent experience with De Tarra Restaurant left me utterly disappointed and appalled. Despite testing positive for COVID-19 and responsibly requesting to reschedule my reservation for a later date for the safety of both their staff and other diners, they displayed a complete lack of empathy, as if my illness was a choice, they chose to charge me an exorbitant £460 anyway. It's important to note that I was not canceling my reservation; I simply couldn't dine with them at that moment due to my health. Their complete lack of empathy and disregard for public health is astonishing. In a time when responsible actions are crucial, De Tarra Restaurant demonstrated a complete absence of decency. It's not as if anyone wants to contract COVID-19, and their refusal to accommodate my situation speaks volumes about their priorities. It’s astonishing how they prioritize profit over public health. This lack of consideration for patrons’ well-being is nothing short of abhorrent. It’s as though they would rather have sick customers at their tables than demonstrate any semblance of responsibility. Next time, I might be tempted to dine at De Tarra while ill, given their apparent indifference to the well-being of their patrons. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and compassion of the restaurant management, and I can't help but feel that they fell drastically short in providing customer service during a challenging time."
