Surly service, greasy and slapdash food. Toilets were a disgrace and they have the cheek to charge a donation for use. Go elsewhere!

It's okay to have a coffee that's all I've done is this coffee shop. You spend a good time while you wait to pick up someone or start your train trip by looking at the tropical garden.

So rude, we got up and left after 10 minutes. Asked for a menu, surly waitress waited on other people despite multiple attempts to get her attention. If you're foreign, apparently you're not welcome. Go to Un Mundo De Cafe around the corner or Burger King. Voir le carte

Passion Premium is the 'better, supposedly business appropriate restaurant ' at Madrid Atocha station. Staff not friendly towards non-natives, food cold, but probably ok if it was hot. Not a place to lunch for business. NH hotel bistro just a block away MUCH better. Give Passion Premium a miss. Might be better for locals. Not unexpected for railway station with low return custom.

This was not good. My husband ordered a starter and main and most annoyingly they both arrived together. His starter croquettes were straight out of a poly bag and the American burger main was not much better with unforgivingly undercooked, and rock hard fries. My pasta dish was fine although a little soggy. Most disturbing however was the amount of pigeon droppings on the floor (which we only noticed after ordering and were unfortunately accompanied by a persistant group of their owners who were casually wandering around as we tried to enjoy our meal). The staff are uninterested and dismissive. We paid 36 euro ish for would have cost 15 ish in BURGER KING next door ...... and been far more...

We went to Madrid to pick up a friend at the airport and stopped here while waiting to catch our train. The fancy part of the restaurant closes at 16:00 so we ate in the fast food part. I didn’t think the food was as awful as many of these reviews indicate. I had a chicken finger sandwich with fries and it was fine. Fries were hot and fresh. My husband had pasta which he said was ok. Our friend had a burger and fries which she said was good. This is just a quick food stop and that is what we got. Our waitress was fine and when she went on break the next person was only so so. We asked for ketchup and she brought one packet. I asked for more and she said they were out.
