Our experience at the Trujillo hostel was excellent. From our entrance to the exit, an exceptional treatment, very spacious rooms, the perfect place if you are looking for tranquility. Excellent! It is centrally located, in a 16th century convent, under the cloak of a very rich history. With a peaceful patio with tables as well as a very cozy interior area. A brief menu, although varied, with reasonable prices and formidable quality. Although... without a doubt, the best thing was the service! I am vegan, and consequently, I had fewer options on the menu. Javier, our waiter, was very attentive and tirelessly thought about how to adapt the dishes to my needs, as well as offering me dishes off the menu.
