"Disgusting location. Took payment 3 times for a pizza I didn 't even get. Clearly website technical issues. I called up to get help. He couldn 't even understand anything I was saying. I explained multiple times I 've been charged 3 times and the pizza hasn 't even gone through. He kept saying £3 for a pizza? So I asked if I could please speak to someone else. I got a manager who got very annoyed with me, shouted what do you want me to do about it ? Disgraceful. He acted like he was the aggrieved in this situation. I called a few days after and got Darren who is always polite and can understand me. He said he can 't help and to get a refund from my bank. I called my bank and they said they can 't do anything until 15 works days have passed. I don 't believe that Papa John 's couldn 't have helped me get a refund. If I was rude and impolite I could understand the reluctance to help me but I was understanding and polite. I 'm now annoyed as I 've been charged near £60 for a pizza I didn 't receive and have to wait weeks to even get my money back. Most can 't go without that amount of money in the current climate. And I find it awful they just don 't care about their customers or circumstances. I 've been a customer for years, I don 't feel valued and won 't order again."

The order was over an hour late, it was all cold and had to re-heat. Such a shame as we enjoy papa’s but will not re order from them again. Disappointing.

The food always arrives hot and is always delicious as well. Staff are friendly and the delivery time is amazing! Always seems to come about 10-15 mins after ordering. I definitely recommend this place! Voir le carte

While the food was delivered quickly. I've never had a more tasteless meal in my life. Tater tots with bacon were mushy and bland as was the Mushroom Papadia. The young lady who delivered it was cheerful and friendly.

Papa John's has really changed in the last few years and not for the better. I can't say whether it's this Papa John's or the chain as a whole but the pizzas are just flat and unflavorsome. The dough has really changed and completely different to what it used to be. Me and my wife just had two pizzas and both mid way through eating them agreed it wasn't the same and was awful. So sad Papa John's used to be a real treat and now it's average at best.
