"we have a few medium-sized pizzas for the offer of £17.99 tonight I didn't expect much from an almost food place, but they know what they say it's always good to have low expectations that eating took a little longer to come, but it wasn't a problem because I was isolated (all time in the world forgotten) and it was actually not so late anyway. the driver was beautiful and in fact has a contact-free delivery the pizza was a perfect size (larger than PH medium), came hot, with a generous amount of delicious ingredients. I could say that they used better ingredients because the box did not penetrate almost any fat on them and the pizza not in cheap oil than other chain products. especially the olive oil and premium cheese mixture stood out, but the crust was also perfect. the butter/garlic sauce was the cherry on the top overall a filling, delicious meal. I am pleasantly surprised and would definitely order again."

My brother ordered food from woodside branch and paid via card for food, £31 later NO FOOD DELIVERED papa johns kept the money and refused to refund!! They are robbing people! The manager of papa johns works at Holburn street! Refused to authorise refund!

I just ordered my food tonight and one hour later no message, no update and no food...Called the holburn Street one and he said their system is down and I can get a refund online on the help service but there is no email to access that option...First time wanting to eat from them as it's my birthday but never again...Manager was just rushing me

Waited 50 mins tonight before phoning to see update on delivery. Said they only had one driver so would need to wait an additional 30 mins. Spoke to manager and his words were cancel the order or wait the 30 mins . Started getting an attitude so I said I would come and collect and see what he had to say. Phoned back in 2 mins saying food was on its way. Shambles. Food is usually not bad but the management needs to get a grip.
