Papa John's - Carte

Dear Papa John's, I miss your pizza, especially the pepperoni-cheese stuffed-one. I live in Milan and there's no Papa John's out here... Come to Italy please!

The biggest group of inexperienced pizza makers around! I ordered my pizza and was then told that they don't accept cash payments. What a shame. Tired pizza amateurs.

It's papa john's. It's terrible. Why eat at papa john's in edinburgh? There are 100's of places to get better anything. Please do yourself a favor and try anyone of them. Voir le carte

Ordered online and went to pick it up to be told it is much cheaper if you phone in the order. This is not right and no way will we order again. Think this should be known more widely.

The food came out cold and the staff seemed uninterested. They just gave the standard response to call Uber. The whole place was a joke. Save yourself the trouble and find better restaurants nearby.

Pizza was the same as any other Papa John’s and very tasty for a good price on pickup. Took 40 minutes though for them to prepare a small pizza even though no other customers were there. Staff also don’t seem to know what’s going on. We asked for garlic sauce and we’re told they were completely out even though when we opened the box there was one inside. Voir le carte

Got a couple of pizzas from south clerk street/holyrood and the order was completely wrong and due to allergies My partner phoned and asked to get a refund but the manager was very rude to my partner on the phone claiming to not be able to give us a refund even though they weren’t edible! Absolute shocking and didn’t get resolved they told us to take the pizzas we got or just leave them and go away with nothing so we basically got bumped out of 22 pound!! Daylight robbery

Pizza was good as far as takeaway pizzas go, ordered a mighty meaty and seemed a little lacking in meat and too much cheese but it was still tasty. Main irk was that we actually rang the store to mention our precise delivery instructions which we were assured, the delivery driver would call us when he arrived. No such phone call and resulted in delivery driver knocking at the wrong address. Also a funny little mention, the next day we were passing the store and popped in for some sauces to go with out leftovers from the previous night. He seemed extremely confused that all we wanted to buy was three pots of sauce and no pizza. Took three times to explain to him what we wanted. Never mind!

Yesterday evening on July 24th, 2021, I ordered 2 large pizzas - a Garden Party and a Vegan Garden Party. This was not my first time ordering from this restaurant, but it will definitely be my last. To my disappointment, the vegan pizza had a slice of salami on it, which is completely unacceptable to me. Despite my initial trust in this establishment, I now regret ignoring the numerous negative reviews I had read about it and other similar stores. I thought I was fortunate to have a PJ's location nearby that catered to customers' dietary restrictions. However, after this incident, I will not be returning as a customer.
