I ordered for delivery at 19.23 at 20.30 I rang them as they said food was here at 20.20 and again At 20.45 food turned up it was cold not very happy

They arbitrary change the queue based on customer age. I do not like we waited more than an hour for 10 small pizzas while other customers arrive make an order and get the pizza early
