Friendly staff, located close to tourist areas and good food. We ate souvlaki and octopussy, both were excellent.

this up-scale Greek (actually Cretan) restaurant offers exceptionally good an authentic food and wine. The staff are friendly and competent. The interior is cosy but there is also outside seating for warm summer eventings. The reataurant is located in a quiet side street just three minutes walking distance from St Steven's cathedral.

Nach vielen Jahren haben wir dieses Lokal wieder einmal besucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Vorspeisen: sehr gut, sehr appetitlich hergerichtet. Hauptspeisen: zum Niederknien und mehr als ausreichend. Gemüse auf griechische Art (no na)Alles wurde in kürzester Zeit gleichzeitig serviert. Das Personal freundlich und schnell.Alles in allem ein Genuss

After having spent quite a lot of time working in Greece, it felt really nice to hear the music, smell the food and hear the Greek chatter of the waiters in the background here. We ordered a starter selection to share which was delicious, after asking for it, the waiter even added some octopus which was not on the menu. For main dish we had a pita with some rose wine. The bill was around 50 Eur for two. We would recommend this place gladly, in the spring/summer it is especially nice to sit next to the open window!

Orpheus Restaurant is located in the Vienna city center but on a fairly quiet side street. We had very warm weather during our visit and wound up eating twice at Orpheus, enjoying their outdoor seating in the shade. Service was overall good - comparable to other restaurants in Vienna. Food was really good. Very much enjoyed their Greek Salad and Moussaka. Came back a second day and I ordered their lamb chops which were just great - a very tasty and large portion. Had some Greek Retsina wine which was also very good. Overall very much recommend this restaurant for a quiet and enjoyable meal while touring Vienna.

Can't fault our meal, attentive, accommodating friendly staff. Food was delicious, as good as any Greek we've had in the UK. They were happy for us to make our own tapas style meal from all the lovely starters and a main as we couldn't choose! Price for location was reasonable - bit of a gem really. Only downside, more an observation on Vienna in general - all the outside seating and half the interior are smoking which I just cannot get used to since the UK ban years ago! We sat at the back which was smoke free, pleasant interior but lonely as only one other group in a huge area! Otherwise, give it a try you won't be disappointed.PS.
