Nice, not to overdecorated, restaurant with good food for appropriate prices. We hadn't planned our dinner and we where very lucky that they could offer a table for 6 Persons. The menue is typically greek food and there are parking spaces arround.

We had dinner with people and were treated like royalty. The service was friendly, fast and efficient and the food hot and tasty. We all had different items from the menu and everybody was very satisfied and full by the end of the evening....The pleasant atmosphere and fair prices on top of that are a reason to recommend this restaurant.

Not big but friendly and cosy Greek restaurant some metres away from the central Market place. The staff dressed in black was very welcoming. We sat at the back yard in the terrace as the day was rather hot. We did not wait too...long and the traditional Greek food was plentiful and tasty. We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel which had no restaurant. We went in on spec' and they fitted us in although it was very busy, so I advise to book beforehand. The food was very good and portions plenty. The only downfall was...when we came to pay , only to be told they do not take foreign cards even credit cards, only ones issued by German banks. Luckily we had cash to pay the bill. I found this a let down in a place where there are a lot of tourists and also from other countries.

This Greek restaurant is a little out of the main town centre on a quiet street. Service was good, and friendly. The atmosphere is cosy and convivial, with many local people dining. Portions are substantial, so beware of not ordering too much! The food is...not very Greek; the Greek salad was very tasty but more German than Greek; a dish of shrimps in a creamy brandy sauce was good but again, not especially Greek. Not that it particularly matters, if you are looking for a good night out with plenty of food and good wine.

Being Turkish by birth, I believe I can pass judgement on Greek, Turkish, Mediterranean, Middle-Eastern, etc. food. We went in here not expecting much, to be honest. I can easily say, however, that the dinner we had at Olympia was some of the best we've...ever had. It was divine. It was so good I wanted to cry with joy. The dolma, the grilled peppers with tzatziki, the lamb chops and lamb grill, accompanied with retsina and topped off with a liquor shot... simply amazing. If you are in Goslar, have at least one meal here. In fact, have all your meals here. Voir le carte
