The service was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and indifferent.

The service was terrible; I never got my food. I ended up ordering Deliveroo to my room. I'm really disappointed.

The resultant is beautifully decorated. The guy looking after us was so friendly and accommodating. Delicious cocktails.

Very slow service, beautiful interior (aesthetically pleasing), the menu was limited however the drinks made up for it, pleasant music throughout the night.

As we arrived to the venue for 830pm there were children running around the restaurant FYI we are parents and take our kids to most places so we have no issue with kids) on the bank holiday evening we were not expecting kids to be running around a cocktail/restaurant at that hour hence why we booked a little later. We arrived for 830pm by 9pm still no one had acknowledged us there was no music it felt like a local pub on a Sunday afternoon Totally not what we expected for a Sunday night date night : We ordered a cab and left still with no one calling to check where we were or even being acknowledged when we got there Terrible would Never go back

The customer service was terrible. The waitress took my sister's plate without asking if she was finished. When I pointed out that we were still eating, she avoided our table for the rest of the evening. The only time she approached us afterwards was to bring the bill, and she even grabbed our bottle of wine to see if we were done. She then poured the remaining wine into my boyfriend's glass without asking if we wanted to keep it and took the empty bottle away. It was quite frustrating—she didn’t check in on us to see if we were enjoying our food or needed more drinks or dessert. I do not recommend this place; you certainly won’t feel welcomed here.

I spent my birthday here after work and everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating to me and ally my guests. We spent 6 hours here and time went very quick as they made it really fun to eat, drink and play! The sight of the nachos and 400g rib eye steak was mouth watering and it was absolutely delicious . The cocktails and wine just kept coming... I also enjoyed the martini that was not on the menu. They even brought me an appetising birthday cake to my surprise! Lastly, the pictures do not lie and the new design of the place from the bar, the tree and the intricate detail of the tables made the ambience even more remarkable and definitely a night to remember.
