Nuvo St Annes - Menu

A good meal had by all, five adults and two young boys-who had the children’s menu. Adults had the Thursday special of 50% off tapas. Only problem was deciding what to order and then making sure you got your share! No duff dishes at all and the waiter was good with the boys. Recommended

We visited on a Saturday evening, just for drinks and ended up staying for food, which was excellent. We had a JFK chicken burger and a Sicilian pizza both were cooked well and tasty. Good value at £11.50 £9.50 for very generous portions. Staff were friendly and attentive. Relaxing atmosphere, we will visit again.

Not what we were expecting at all, arrived to be told there was no white wine as they had been busy over the Xmas period. Ordered Prosecco instead but on further inspection and a recognisable taste discovered that it was Aldi prosecco. #illegal #tradingstandards #worthatry #rubbishexcuse food was very salty and average.

During our first visit to St. Anne's, we discovered Nuvo and were pleasantly surprised. The tapas were absolutely amazing and everything we tried was delicious. The portion sizes were just right and the variety of choices was superb. Our kids enjoyed having their own menu to choose from. The service was attentive and the staff was very friendly, giving us a warm welcome. We will definitely be returning to Nuvo in the future.

Out of a group of five, only one found their food to be anywhere near acceptable. The breaded chicken burger was a cheap frozen type and the brioche bun which accompanied it was a basic bread bap. When discussing this with a waitress I was told that everything was made in-house and the chef must have forgotten to put sugar in the bread mix... a lame excuse, I wasn 't born yesterday! On a positive note, the staff were generally very helpful. Nuvo just needs to review their food offering.

I stopped by this restaurant for a lunch date with my boyfriend, brother, and sister-in-law. The sun was shining, so we decided to sit outside. We enjoyed a few cocktails, including pink fizz and gin. The food was delicious - some of us had burgers, while others ordered tapas and garlic bread. We still had room for dessert, and the chocolate brownie sundae was incredible. It was the perfect ending to a tasty meal in the sunshine. I definitely recommend giving this place a try - they even had music playing both inside and outside, which was a nice touch.

We visited Nuvo on Thursday evening taking advantage of the 50% off tapas deal. There is an excellent selection of tapas and we went with 15 dishes between 5 of us which proved to be the right amount as we were all full after. Particular highlights were the chicken and chorizo, mushroom and chicken livers, belly pork and the ham and cheese croquettes. There were also 2 children in our party who really enjoyed a large portion of chicken nuggets and chips which were clearly homemade. The staff were also really good with the children and there were activity sheets for them to complete while waiting for their meals. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable meal and experience.

I was promptly served by the polite staff at this restaurant. I ordered the chicken burger for £9, but had to purchase a separate side of fries for £3 and a glass of wine for £8.50, making for an expensive lunch. The food arrived in a timely manner and looked appealing. The fries and salad were nice, but unfortunately, a large portion of the chicken was overcooked and tough. My dog benefited from this. No one came out to check on my satisfaction with the meal while I was dining outside. However, as soon as I finished, a waiter appeared and inquired about my food. Just got back from an amazing meal here four of us 9 ,15 and mum dad the children’s meals are a fantastic value meal pudding and drink for under £5 good portion size the flat bread garlic bread started was amazing £4 and the mains didn’t look much on the plate (portion wise) however the taste of the burgers was amazing and the large potatoe wedges were very filling, service was amazing we asked for water for the children and were given a large iced jug perfect all in all we would recommend we went around 7 which was perfect as our children are a little older now so we don’t need the happy hour 4 till five at weather spoons over the road very classes inside and very clean hope to try the tapa...
