We absolutely loved Nova from the moment we sat down. The ambience and service was tops… and the FOOD phenomenal. Highly recommend the Pasta Tenerumi Not Mussels… our favorite dish after nine days in Sicily… and our favorite restaurant.

Nova was truly an experience. Every dish was excellent and the waiters really attentive to detail. We ordered the 5 chef selection starter, the octopus on puree, the rice with squid's ink, the sicilian tortilla and the salmon tataki. It was a pleasure to try out some delicacies and we will surely be back. thanks for the wonderful evening!
