Lovely coffee and cakes. Great for meeting up with friends. Very tasty lunches at affordable prices. Service is good. Plenty of choice on the menu.

Absolute amazing food. And the service we received from Polly was second to none. What an amazing ambassador for your company! I would drive the 200 miles again just to be served by her!

We was served by Polly who couldn’t help us enough. My friend is in a wheelchair so polly got us a table and set it up for us. Lovely big smile perfectly suited to her job. All the staff are lovely and the food was delicious thank you : x Voir le carte

Really friendly and great food. Popped in while waiting for my dog to finish at the vets. Have to say the food was good, but what was amazing was Marie in the restaurant. So friendly and helpful to everyone. Added a real sense of enjoyment to the entire restaurant

We stopped for breakfast in Notcutts restaurant and was served by Polly and Marie. Both were very friendly and chatty. The food was delicious and plentiful and well presented, very efficient, and with more smiles. Polly's coffee was the best I'd tasted in a long time. If you get there early, you get 2 for one. The restaurant was clean and roomy with a lovely outlook. It's definitely worth a visit when in Solihull. Voir le carte

Nice food, wide range of choice but most importantly great staff. Everyone I encountered was fun and friendly. I was initially served by Marie Denise who were polite, helpful and full of banter! I returned to the counter later for cakes and was served again by Denise who had everyone around me laughing and smiling with her jokes. It was very noticeable and a refreshing change from so many places where standard of service is not at this high level. Thanks also to Thomas who served our food!

Three of us came for a pre booked afternoon tea. Everything was good, and exactly as the poster advertised it. Great choice of savouries finger sandwiches, coronation chicken crispbread, sausage roll and delicious quiche. Sweets included individual fruit and cream sundae, assorted mini cakes, and scone with jam and cream. There was a choice of various teas and coffees, of which we had two each. The service was excellent too, and the whole experience was very good value for money at just £19.95 per person. Would highly recommend.

My very elderly mother and I wanted breakfast but we were 4 minutes late . We were served by someone quite unhelpful (very quickly redeemed by Polly the supervisor who is always outstanding) I asked if there was any other food and was told no, I said can you do toast , Polly pointed out the 11.30 menu that was very suitable for a breakfast alternative. The restaurant and the store were exceptionally cold . Staff were wearing coats. My mum could not get warm and couldn’t try clothes on in the changing rooms. Not great .. but Polly was so helpful .
