"Generally located on the market square, this traditional house offers good service, beautiful outdoor tables in summer and food from the Slow Food movement. We had heard a lot of good and wanted to make ourselves a good reputation. The selected menu, of course, with regional impact (Glückstädter Matjes von Raumann is already a bit more high quality and offers enough choice even at noon. At the sun we took place outside and were served very friendly and attentive at the clean, nicely decorated table. Service Well trained, professional, helpful and very friendly. Pleasant natural, dense care. Recording drinks, riches of cards and service itself flutters and immaculate. The food High quality clean 4 stars: Although the Danish plate with roast potatoes, a brathering, crabs with vinaigrette and a sherry matjes fillet is somewhat clear but very tasty (16.80€). Matjes mild and marzipanzart with tasty sweet aroma, the roasting of meat solid and pleasantly mild, and the small portion of crabs were super freshly only the frying pans, which were also delicious for 2. The Aalrauch Matjes with cream horseradish (14,20€ on the other hand with 3 large, filled fill rolls plentiful, finely lined and hearty tenderly excellent. Matjes can be recommended here! The beverage prices (Alster 0,25l 2,40€, espresso with biscuits and water 2,30€ also fair. The ambience Beautifully renovated eye-catcher with ample accessories, decoration and historical details. Urig rustic and cozy, comfortable and yet fine. Cleanliness Not only due to the behaviour of the service here is respected for cleanliness!"

"the old mill is always the destination of our city walks in the historic center of the city of happiness. at the rande of the harbour directly on the water, although not as chic as the historical built on the market, but always a visit worth a visit with beautiful weather also offers a stay on the terrace. the old, slightly slanted industrial building is developed as a classic restaurant and although visually somewhat dusty yet inviting, pieksauber and with this great look at the water, whose magnetism does not allow. here after almost 10 years an update of the last review. friendly professional reception in the well-visited and lovingly seasonal decorated local, very nice young fleet service and placement in the water. on the side of the table was already pleasant gray fertilizer; a local speciality served for the carnival time. also on the table advertised a small fish, which is served in much rich fried season crispy with gurkensalat. so clear 1x stints with gurkensalat and bratkartoffen (17,90€) as well as a harbour meisterbrot (18,20€ rührei on black brot with 2 matjesfilets nature and plentiful North Sea crabs. Otherwise, everyone else would find something on the balanced regional map from the beautiful simple to culinary creations. versatile, varied offer also with traces of new nutritional trends, which (actually no human needs! what will be passed during the waiting period, makes them feel more and visit the next. 1/4 greyburgundy (6, € and an excellent behringer rosé (6,50€) each came ice cold on the table; a small bottle of water met with 2.30€ to book. after a pleasant break was served and we decided to still have a partly homemade remouladen sauce as dip (1.50€). the small Moravian fish delicately blossomed, crispy, fresh with beautiful decoration and a classic gurkensalat with dill and swash in asur as with oma. they are actually with the fingers, including jabflosseous knives gave beautifully. the fish selection was good, this product is measured at the fish size, the smaller, the finer! and so was it; no trace of any bitter or tranculty in this fish. of the delicious, classic bratkartoffels crispy with spek. and we do not have to talk them as the remoulade excellent. the harbour meisterbrot is not small and with beautiful salatgarnitur classic fluffy hauch to be rich with 2 tender, mild-wüzigen but nevertheless expressive, local matjesfilets crowned by still bright-sweet fresh North Sea crumbs perfect and harmonious North German. the next visit is planned."
