Nonno's Pizza St Albans

Delivery took so long that we requested to cancel the order. Almost 2 hours and no pizza. Great pizza but not worth the wait, if it shows at all...

The Nonos are the best fab pizza and pasta and really good genuine service, plus fab tiramisu and profiteroles and limoncello! We go there weekly and it’s brilliant

Absolutely delicious pizzas . We ordered spaghetti bolognaise, pizza and lasagna. Really enjoyed spaghetti and the pizza , lasagna wasn’t really my taste but hey ho 2/3 is great , thanks NoNos .

A first time visit for me, and i am really disappointed that I have never been before. Welcoming staff and, a good and varied menu, I opted for one of the pizzas and was really impressed We will most certainly be going back for a second visit

This review was quite negative, as it seems that the staff were not accommodating or understanding when it came to vegan dietary requests. Additionally, there was an incident where the waiter engaged in inappropriate conversation with other customers, which the reviewer found to be offensive. Went on a Monday evening in January. The food was good, as always, but the presentation, portion size and service was way below what we have experienced in the past few years. They seemed far more focused on their take away orders than us in the restaurant. I actually had to leave the table to find someone after waiting 20 min for drinks (we were one of 2 tables occupied in the restaurant). I won’t be returning.

Worst takeaway experience ever . Two hours after ordering our food had not arrived , the restaurant telephone number was continually engaged and their live chat function took ten minutes to tell us they just run the website and couldnt provide us with any updates and suggested we ring them. this was after they charged both a processing fee of 75p for the order and a delivery fee of £3. As I write this we still have no food, no contact, and no delivery.

We had heard that the quality of the takeout from this restaurant wasn't the best, but all the reviews praised the food for dining in. We decided to try the pizza and found several options to choose from. The restaurant was quite busy and popular, but we still had a pleasant experience. When we mentioned that we were vegan, the staff were happy to assist us with the menu and even mentioned that most of the vegetarian options could be made vegan by simply swapping out the cheese. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would recommend this restaurant to others. Voir le carte
