"Comedian Thomas Spitzer recommended the Israeli restaurant Neni, so I would like to try it once, even if I had no more too much time on my Cologne trip (19am I was there, 8:15am my train went back). This restaurant can only be found if you are looking for it in the 25 hours hotel in the 8th. Stock. In front of the hotel, a small sign reveals that there is a restaurant and a bar in it, in the entrance to the hotel no longer mentions it. Once you have found the elevators, you can see the button inscription that you are on the right path. On the 8th floor I first took the wrong branch and stood in the bar, so return, and finally I arrived. Actually, you should have booked for an hour and a person could find a place. The place found was very nice, on a bench overlooking the city and the cathedral. The menu and drink card could be accessed via QR code on its mobile phone, but you had to download it as a file, which took a moment. As a drink I chose the house iced tea, but it was already out, so I chose the minty house lemonade instead. Since I was not after meat (although the dishes on the menu sounded great), I decided for Sabich, which was served on a plate and consisted of a pita bread, on and around which eggs, eggplants and tomatoes were found. Before that there were two slices of bread with a kind of herbal cucumber and olives. All this came to the table very quickly, was very tasty and I got tired. The service was friendly. I like to come back, best with a little more time."
