"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant thanks to the wonderful service provided by Akshay, Skye Savant(Steven). I will definitely be returning because of the excellent customer service. The best part about the staff was the genuine smiles on their faces which really brightened up my evening. The food was also delicious, and we asked for some extra sauce which they happily provided, enhancing the flavors of our meal even more. Tonight We had dinner with our family who had come from canada for a visit and the restaurant was very busy. The food got delayed and while we were waiting, the restaurant manager, Harry, approached us, explained the situation and was very professional. His customer service skills were excellent and he was very respectful. We will definitely go back to this Nando’s branch again. Even though we had to wait we received great service from the manager.
