"I was traveling through Bavaria for work...staying in Maisach for 19 days. I found Anna's on Yelp and made arrangements to visit. Parking was super easy...and Sophi's son spoke enough English to help me navigate the menu (which you can also translate in advance, if needed, using google translate. Sophi and her son were extremely hospitable...offering me an appertif (on the house and some of the best bread I have ever eaten. Octopus is hard to find, and good octopus is even harder to find in the US...well, the dish I ordered was so large, it could have fed two people...and yet, so delicious, I ate the entire plate. Even though I was dining alone, it felt like I was in someone's home...I felt so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend Anna's Taverne to all and any who find themselves traveling through the Munich area."

"Absolut empfehlenswertes griechisches Restaurant. Wir waren Samstag abends ohne Reservierung dort, wir wurden gebeten etwas zu warten, weil kein einziger Platz frei war.Schon ein gutes Zeichen, nach kurzer Wartezeit wurde uns ein freigewordener Tisch zugewiesen. Bestellung aufgenommen und flott serviert, die Speisen ebenfalls, ohne langen Wartezeiten, ausgesprochen lecker und in großen Portionen. Sehr freundliche Bedienungen einschließlich der Chefin, besonders zu erwähnen einen Schnaps und eine kleine Nachspeise auf das Haus. Wer typische Tavernen liebt und sich nicht an die etwas lauten Unterhaltungen stört ist hier richtig."

"J'y suis allé avec un ami pour le dîner, nous avions essayé d'entrer plusieurs fois auparavant mais c'était soit fermé soit complet. Nous avons entendu de très bonnes critiques d'amis, nous sommes donc ravis d'avoir enfin une table. Quand nous sommes arrivés ... il faisait chaud et confortable. Cependant, le service était lent, nous avons commandé des boissons, j'ai commandé un spritzer de vin blanc et mon ami a commandé une bière, ils ont tous les deux mis du temps à venir et le mien est venu quelques minutes après mes amis. Le service est resté lent, nous a amenés de nous asseoir à prendre nos plats principaux. J'avais des pâtes et c'était bon et frais. Mon ami avait une pizza qui n'était pas cuite au milieu. Nous avons tous les deux commandé du tiramisu pour le dessert, il a fallu beaucoup de temps pour venir et c'était décevant. C'était complètement sans saveur. Dans l'ensemble, nous ne reviendrons pas car c'était une longue et décevante soirée"

"Hallo, wier waren am 14.10.2023 dort. Das Essen war sher gut und viel. Wir hatten die Grillplatte für 2 Personen für 39 Euro. Leider kam es uns sehr kalt vor und wir speissten in unseren strickjacken. Die Kellener meinten das erst in 3 Tagen dei Heizung eingeschaltet wid. Für uns ungewöhnlich gab es bei diesen Kroaten nach dem Essen keinen Schnaps. Auch trotz 10% Trinkgeld"
