Rats running around in the car park, place is stinking dirty. Reported it because of the pest issues. Wouldn’t waste your money.

Cold cafe. Slow to deliver drink. Nearly £7 for one cookie and a coffee. The cookie could have been been more flavoursome if cooked by my five year old. The coffee very average.

All staff at Starbucks were very lovely, they were very patient when I had been extremely indecisive. Lovely store on Newport road and very tidy. Extra thanks to Jess for putting a smile on our faces as we left : Voir le carte

I only enjoy the Frappuccinos at this restaurant, but unfortunately, I have not been able to get them. Every time I go around 9pm, I am told that their machine is off for cleaning. This is very disappointing. I will have to go to another restaurant that serves Frappuccinos all night long.

This restaurant is a complete disaster, do not waste your money here! I went with a friend this week and we both got very sick after eating a ham and cheese toastie and a 5 cheese toastie. We have been extremely ill since then. This establishment seriously needs to improve their food safety measures. Avoid this place at all costs!

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to sticky and dirty tables, blaring music which definitely wasn't appropriate for a coffee shop (never experienced this in a Starbucks before) and the baristas couldn't care less about making you a decent drink. My friend and I went to this restaurant this week and ordered a caramel latte and a smoked ham and cheese toastie with mustard. I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and tardy service. That day, I became ill and experienced cramps and vomiting. The toastie was soggy underneath and unappetizing. I will not be returning to this restaurant as it was a disgusting experience. My friend also fell ill after our visit. It seems like the restaurant needs to improve their staff and cleanliness, especially in regards to heating up toasties.

Never visited this store before but always thought Starbucks would all be to the same standard. Visiting this week I’ve learned that this is not the case. We came for lunch and the selection in the fridge was awful. It was half empty. Then when we did sit down with our food and drinks after waiting 20 minutes (some people queuing by the till left at this point as we were just being ignored) there were flies flying up to the food and we had to keep swinging around our hands to scare them away. The money you pay for the visit doesn’t match the service. The floor was dirty, there were pieces of food all over it so there’s no surprise there’s flies. On Saturday 9th of Sepetember 2023 (at 3:33PM) I ordered a Salted Maple Caramel Cream Cold Brew and it was the most disgusting thing I 've ever tried. More like dirty socks fermented brew. With the price tag above £4 it 's an extorsion. The shop assistant had zero shop assistant skills, was ignorant and rude. She made me a replacement drink after I had to insist that I didn 't want another cold brew ever in my life. She didn 't prepare what I requested, ditched it without letting me know it was ready even though she knew we were waiting for it.
